18 de fevereiro Napa Valley Ride Report 2/2007Folks this was one of the nicest day in February for a ride. The temp was right and the weather could not have been better.
7 bike carrying 8 road warriors left Lyons for a day of great roads and scenery. Roger, John Cox, Allen Jeff Haymore, Jeff and Dawn Nichols and of course Johns friend Gary followed Sparky thru the hills and valleys to Calistoga for a great lunch at Busters. We made the usual stops in Winters and the little market at Berryessa. Then we made our way over to Angwin and up thru the windy forest road that everyone loves.
With full bellies we headed north to Clear Lake and then down Hwy 20 to Hwy 16 for a ride down Cache Creek thru Rumsey, Guinda where we stopped at the local market (Allen's place is what we are calling it) for a short break. Before we declared donor status (mosquitoes) we headed out for woodland for our final stop of the day.
With those who needed fuel we made our goodbyes and wished all a good ride home the group split up and made you way home.
It was a good ride with great people to enjoy it with.
